Shipping policy
Every order is packed and shipped by Axis Research Supply from Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Orders ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM Pacific or on a weekend go out the next business day.
Packed orders leave on the carrier pickup at 4:00 PM Pacific. Every box is photographed before it ships. You get an email with your tracking number when it goes out.
United States and Canada. We ship with UPS and USPS. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box, so a PO Box address goes by USPS.
- $17 shipping and handling for up to 50 vials, including a $5 handling fee.
- $22 for more than 50 vials, which ship in a larger box.
The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Some accounts have shipping covered by their supplier, and then it shows as included.
We check the address at checkout and suggest a correction if it looks wrong. Please make sure it is complete. Once a package is with the carrier we cannot reroute it.
If a package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we replace it. You never ship anything back. See Returns for how to file a claim.
